When you're working with a younger protege, and you try to teach them how to do things right, and they don't listen, dare give you a dirty look when you impart your pearls of wisdom, is it OK to slap the mess out of them? I mean, just hurt them a little bit....make them cry and think twice about showing up to work the next day? Is that frowned upon?
