Dear Caller,
All I need to know is that you are requesting that I expedite the handling of your certification request. I don't need to know that you have prostate cancer and that you're going into surgery and that you're sure it's going to take some time to heal. Seriously, that's WAY too much, especially since I was already agreeable to expediting your certification. Your prostate cancer ain't gon' make me move any faster, buddy - and those two (yes, count them TWO) double chesseburgers I just ate are threatening to come on back out. Thanks.
